Windows Password Recovery
Sounds tricky, but it's actually simple, and only requires a blank CD, and about 5 minutes of work.
Windows stores all it's user info in it's SAM database, this CD let's you get straight in and edit that, you can also edit the registry off the live CD, it's a brilliant and handy tool.

Hi Elf,
I recently bought a new computer, and got Vista Home Premium. when the computer is turned on a pop up bubble from the bottom right tool bar says that the colour scheme has been changed to Vista Basic because a running programme isn't supported or something like that.

Service Pack For Windows 98SE
I was having a quick look at my traffics stats for this site and I noticed I still get quite a few Windows 98 users. Many of you know Microsoft never released a service pack for 98. Which is a shame because at the time I taught it was a brilliant OS, I still do, in fact I used it on one of my machines until 2003, then finally upgraded to XP on that, I still have a copy of it on my VirtualBox for old times sake.
But back to what I was saying, for all of my 98' readers, I have found a service pack for Windows 98, It's not official but it's good.
So what's in it?
