Dad has miracle escape as son is born

A LOVING dad had a miracle escape when he was involved in a horror crash as he drove to a hospital to see his newly born son.
Stuart Pearson of Graignamanagh was coming from a business meeting in Dublin when his Nissan Maxima was completely destroyed in a collision, He was heading to St Luke’s General Hospital, Kilkenny where his wife Sarah had earlier in the day given birth to the couple’s first son.
Baby Harreton is a brother for Charlotte, aged 5, and Beatrice, aged 3. Mr Pearson was treated at the scene by paramedics. He suffered minor head and hand injuries but was not admitted to hospital. “I was lucky to escape with my life,” Stuart told Kilkenny Alive.
