KILKENNY primary schools will receive funding for minor works in the coming days according to local TD, John McGuinness.
“The funding will come from the Department of Education and will be used for small scale projects. ach primary school in Kilkenny will receive €5,500 per school plus €18.50 per mainstream pupil and €74 per special needs pupil. o, for example, a 50-pupil school will get €6,425 and a 300-pupil school will receive over €11,000, said Deputy McGuinness.
